i liked the hotel, it's true luxury and wonderful and the location is amazing close to the museum's. the rooms were decent sized and newly renovated with great beds. location: the property was so close to the airport and malls, and several fun restaurants, and the new whole foods.

My recent New Year getaway was truly unforgettable. the service at this hotel was top-notch - the staff went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was enjoyable. Secondly, the location was perfect. With a variety of restaurants within walking distance, I had ample choices for dining. Additionally, the hotel offered stunning views of the downtown area, adding an extra touch of magic to my stay.
There were a few aspects that I didn't particularly enjoy. the hotel's recent renovation didn't quite meet my expectations.

My blouse got stained with red wine during my stay, but the staff went above and beyond to make it right. The manager personally took my blouse to be cleaned and by the next day, it was magically clean and hanging in my closet. The personal service I received was truly exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel.
